greatsite nice to see all the old and new photos results i wanted to go to the old
masters but rye house last meeting and fire works is on the same night iwould like
to come over and watch a match next sesson have a great christmas .

My God, just had a quick look in (after 30 years) and Ian lawrence, lee, Tony Birch, Coxy etc - what are you all doing!! you should all be over weight and unfit like me!!!! fair play to you all, i will try and get along this year sometime. My daughter thinks i made up all my South London Rangers past! (they were the days of cycle speedway)

Best wishes to all at East London. I tried my best to fly the flag for Bow Monarchs during the Vets Final in Adelaide - however it was a green & gold flag!

Yes I am the Les Mitchell who used to ride for Newham and Hawbush! Would like to know when you may have that re-union at the E London track? Glad to see that my old partner Dennis Hubble is racing again this year, I taught him everything he knows and I was his personal leg massager when he won title in 1986! also hello to Steve Window and everyone who remembers me (the old donkey). Hope to visit the track in the near future! I am now retired and living in Herefordshire. Best wishes Les.
